Riveter Consulting Group seeks an energetic, eager-to-learn Junior Housekeeper to join a happy, stable team. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity with a family known for treating staff like extended family and promoting from within. The Head of Housekeeping has been with the family for 20 years, the principals want her to train a Junior Housekeeper who could become their next long-tenured, valued member of the staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle housekeeping for beautiful residence
  • Deep cleaning, family laundry/ironing, wardrobe organization
  • Occasional pet care (dog) and stocking household supplies
  • Light family assistance when needed (a flexible and accommodating attitude is key)
  • Work alongside and be mentored by long-term Head Housekeeper

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years paid experience in formal UHNW environments
  • Understands the flow of a high-end home humble, calm under pressure)
  • Impeccable attention to detail & strong work ethic
  • Trainable, positive, drama-free discreet personality
  • Excellent references
  • NDA will be required

Compensation

$30–$40/hr DOE – generous starting rate for the right trainable candidate
