Riveter Consulting Group’s client is seeking an Executive Manager to the President, currently based in their Franklin, TN office. The Executive Manager serves as a strategic operational partner responsible for managing the daily flow of the Office of the President. This role oversees executive scheduling, complex travel coordination, aviation logistics, administrative operations, and executive support to ensure the President’s time and priorities are executed seamlessly. This Associate will report to the Presidential Coordinating Manager.

This individual anticipates needs before they arise, exercises exceptional judgment and discretion, and ensures the Office of the President operates with efficiency, professionalism, and precision. This position also provides leadership and direction to the President’s Administrative Assistant while coordinating across executive leadership and key business Partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the President’s complex calendar, strategic priorities, meetings, and long-term scheduling
  • Evaluate and prioritize competing requests for the President’s time
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up actions
  • Oversee all travel logistics, including private travel scheduling, ground transportation, and itinerary management
  • Partner with transportation providers, and operational teams to ensure seamless travel execution
  • Lead and coach the President’s Administrative Assistant, providing guidance, prioritization, and oversight
  • Oversee the daily administrative operations of the Office of the President
  • Track initiatives, manage workflows, and ensure timely follow-through on key priorities
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including facilities, technology, hospitality, and meeting preparation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling and communicate changes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 8-10+ years experience supporting Senior Executives or C-suite leadership
  • 3+ years leading executive administrative or operations staff
  • 5+ years experience managing complex executive calendars and travel
  • Experience coordinating executive travel and complex calendars
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and calendar management systems
  • Experience with competing priorities in a rapidly changing environment

Compensation

$160,000- $200,000/year
