Riveter Consulting Group is assisting a family in Sarasota, Fl to unearth a local Personal Assistant (Must be local already). The position will start mostly but will have an office in the next few months and have the ability to work at the client’s residence. At this time, we will only be able to respond to candidates who meet the following criteria. ***Must be local to Sarasota, Florida already, must have a minimum of eight years full-time experience working as a Personal Assistant for a family, long-term references at each prior position for example four years with one family and four years with another, must have heavy calendar management experience, scheduling, travel both commercial and private, must have experience working in an ultra-high-net-worth family or family office, must have verifiable references prior to an interview, planned luxury travel itineraries A-Z, heavy concierge experience. Please note that at this time the client will only interview candidates local to Sarasota already.
Schedule
The typical schedule is 8AM-5PM, Monday-Friday
Ability to travel as necessary as they have properties in other states
Responsibilities:
- Very proficient at private concierge
- Coordinate, lead and execute on travel, events and experiences with travel agents, concierge and proprietary itineraries
- Experience with luxury travel and VIP experiences
- Research, travel, experiences, planning, travel logistics for family, friends and groups
- Assist with any family need.
- Lead, organize, and optimize the family calendar, including children’s activities
- Errands and other tasks as assigned
- Research and assist family with purchases and logistics
- Act as a team player to current staff, EA on business, property manager and household staff.
- It’s important for the candidate to be very resourceful, proactive and extreme attention to details
Compensation
$90,000-100,000/year
