Griffith Park area, Los Angeles, CA (two homes, a couple blocks apart; only one occupied)

Full-Time, Live-Out (local candidates preferred)

Schedule

30 hrs/week, flexible – example preferred:

  • Monday: 9:30 AM–4:30 PM
  • Wednesday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM

(Additional hours negotiable for the perfect match)

Start Date:

ASAP – trials possible at the beginning of the year

Key Responsibilities:

  • White-glove, deep cleaning and daily upkeep to pristine standards
  • Laundry, ironing, and care of fine linens
  • Attention to detail with high-end surfaces and furnishings
  • General organization and light decluttering
  • Occasional errands (e.g., dry cleaning drop-off/pick-up)

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years professional housekeeping experience in fully staffed or high-end homes
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent laundry care experience (washing, ironing, steaming)
  • Adaptable, friendly, takes feedback well
  • Work fast but calmly — not rushed or desperate
  • Reliable transportation and clean driving record
  • Work authorization in the US
  • Excellent references and background check required

Compensation

$35–$50/hr DOE (top end within expectations for the right fit)
