Riveter Consulting Group is assisting a loving, growth-oriented parents (living in two loving, present, and passionate households) to unearth a FULL-TIME EDUCATOR / NANNY for their 4-year-old son to support his love of learning through play, presence, and curiosity-driven exploration. This role is ideal for an energetic, grounded, emotionally steady educator who genuinely thrives in a dynamic, travel-forward environment and feels resourced by movement, change, and variety. Rather than following a traditional curriculum, the educator will observe and respond to the child’s natural interests, designing experiential, child-led learning opportunities rooted in play, relationship, and real-world engagement. This is not a classroom teacher role. It is a presence-first, logistics-aware, Educator/Nanny hybrid requiring initiative, emotional resilience, and joy in the everyday rhythms of care, travel, and learning.
