Riveter Consulting Group is seeking a highly strategic Chief of Staff to support a CEO overseeing businesses in finance, manufacturing, and media. This role requires a builder—someone who excels at solving complex problems, driving alignment, and translating vision into disciplined execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, shaping priorities and enabling fast, informed decisions
  • Lead high-impact special projects from concept to delivery
  • Convert strategic vision into clear operational plans and recommendations

Operations & Business Performance:

  • Standardize processes and implement systems that improve scalability and efficiency
  • Lead planning rhythms including annual operating plans, quarterly OKRs, and long-range roadmaps
  • Conduct analysis on markets, competitors, regulations, and economic trends

Policy, Legal & External Alignment

  • Build relationships with government officials, agencies, community leaders, investors, and board members
  • Track legislative and regulatory developments relevant to the businesses
  • Partner with legal teams and external counsel on policy, compliance, and regulatory matters

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS with 4+ years in strategy, operations, consulting, public policy, or related fields
  • MBA, JD, or relevant Master’s degree preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience with policy, legal, or legislative topics is a plus
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
